- “Client” : The individual or entity availing our services.
- “Program” : A specific CBI/RBI program (e.g., Vanuatu Citizenship, Nauru Family Citizenship, Romania Residency).
- “Application” : The formal submission to a government authority for citizenship/residency.
3. Agreement
- By using our Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy , and any applicable program-specific guidelines.
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted here. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts.
- You must meet all eligibility requirements for the chosen Program (e.g., clean criminal record, financial solvency).
- You must not be subject to sanctions or exclusion by any jurisdiction.
5. Services
- Consultation : We provide personalized guidance on Programs, including costs, timelines, and requirements.
- Application Support : We assist in preparing, submitting, and managing your Application with relevant authorities.
- Government Decisions : Final approval of citizenship/residency rests solely with the respective government. We are not liable for rejections or delays caused by external factors.
6. Client Obligations
- Accuracy : You must provide truthful, complete, and updated information.
- Payment : Timely payment of all fees (see Section 7).
- Cooperation : Assist in due diligence, background checks, and document submissions.
- Confidentiality : Do not disclose proprietary or sensitive information shared by us.
7. Fees and Payments
- Fees :
- Service Fee : A percentage of the Program’s investment (e.g., Vanuatu CBI, Nauru Family Program, Romania Residency).
- Third-Party Costs : Includes government fees, legal expenses, or due diligence charges (disclosed upfront).
- Payment Methods : Credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods agreed upon.
- Late Payments : We may suspend Services or terminate the agreement for overdue payments.
- Price Changes : Fees may increase with 30 days’ notice.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website (text, logos, graphics) is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
9. Liability and Warranties
- No Warranties : Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee approval of Applications or visa-free travel benefits.
- Limitation of Liability : We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits). Our liability is capped at the total fees paid for the Service.
- Government Risks : Changes to Program rules, fees, or eligibility criteria by governments are beyond our control.
10. Termination
- By Us : We may terminate this agreement if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or provide false information.
- By You : You may terminate at any time, but may incur cancellation fees as per Section 7.
- Effect of Termination : Remaining obligations (e.g., payment, confidentiality) survive termination.
11. Dispute Resolution
- Mediation : Attempt to resolve disputes amicably through mediation before litigation.
- Governing Law : These Terms are governed by English law .
- Jurisdiction : Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales .
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against any losses, claims, or damages arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Misrepresentation or fraud in your Application.
- Unauthorized use of our Services.

Our Services may involve third-party providers (e.g., legal advisors, payment processors). Their terms apply to their respective services, and we are not liable for their actions.

15. Miscellaneous
- Force Majeure : We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, war).
- Entire Agreement : These Terms supersede all prior agreements.
- Severability : If any clause is invalid, the remainder remains in force.
